The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> September 21, 1987, and recommended approval of the proposed variances <br /> based upon the following findings: <br /> A) The �proposed addition and overall size of the residence W�11 <br /> be consistent with the pattern of developed properties within <br /> the Eastlake Street neighborhood. <br /> B) The improvements on the substandard property do not exceed <br /> � �the 30 percent hardcover allowance. <br /> 4.
