STEINffit <br /> �o1HE�t�AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing und�er the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WH�ItEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision by George Steiner (hereinafter "subdivider") of the property <br /> located at 700 Sixth Avenue North and legal ly described as follows: <br /> That part of the West (W1/2) half of tYie Southwest quarter (SWl/4) of <br /> Section Twenty-Five (25), Township One Hundred Eighteen (118) North, <br /> . Range Twenty-Three (23), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, and of <br /> the West five (5) acre of the North thirty (30) acres of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE1/4) of Southwest Quarter (SWl/4 ) of said Section 25, <br /> • Township 118, Range 23, lying northerly of a line described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence <br /> North along the West line of said section, a distance of 1,750 feet; <br /> thence def lecting to the right at an angle of 93 degrees, 15 minutes, <br /> a distance of 1,706.8 feet to the actual point of beginning of the <br /> line to be described; thence deflecting to the right at an angle of <br /> 180 degrees, a distance of 1,324.4 feet; thence deflecting to the left <br /> along a one degree and 30 minute curve (delta angle of 21 degrees, 18 <br /> minutes, and tangent distant 718.3 feet) to the West li.ne of said <br /> Section 25 and there terminating. <br /> WH�REASo the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> City, including: <br /> l. Execution of a Flowage and Conservation Easement providing for <br /> limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways located within <br /> the property legally described above. <br /> 3. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> $100 . 00 . <br /> 4.
