Downey, an authorized representative of the <br /> Wayzata Country Club (hereinafter "the applicant") has an interest in the <br /> property located at 200 West Wayzata Boulevard within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "City") and legally described in Exhibit A attached to this <br /> resolution (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WH$REAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono for <br /> � Conditional Use Pe�mits to permit the construction of a lounge addition off <br /> the main dining room of the club house at the northwest corner per <br /> Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 3 and per Section 10.03, <br /> � Subdivisions 19 and 20 seeks an additional conditional use permit to permit <br /> _ the removal of appoximately 9,600 cubic yards of fill from the greens area <br /> adjacent to the northwest side of the club house. <br /> NOW, TH$REFOR$, BE IT R$SOLVED by the , City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1190. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. On September 8, 1987, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the <br /> application as proposed and recommended approval, finding that: <br /> A) The proposed addition will satisfy the required 100 feet <br /> setback for the club house structure. <br /> B) The proposed addition and land alterations W�1i have no <br /> negative impact on surrounding properties. • <br /> C) The proposed land alteration will not alter drainage but <br /> improve the treatment and retention of run-off because of the <br /> • more graduated sloped landscape. <br /> 4.
