<. � <br /> . : ' <br /> � `�� ��i�, Clt o� ORONO <br /> � di� t �' <br /> • ' ` J -:" : RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> , • ` NO. 2229 <br /> ���,.. <br /> • - • • <br /> :�r.l <br /> CONCLQSIONS, ORD�R AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City <br /> Council hereby grants setback variances per . Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 10.40, Subdivision 6 (E) , offstreet parking variance per Section 10.61, <br /> Subdivision 10 and per Section 10.40 , Subdivision 4 (B) grants a <br /> conditional use permit for the expansion of the existing full service <br /> station use and per Section 10.61, Subdivision 10 approves the commercial <br /> site and building plans per drawings by Jack Welsh and Associates as <br /> follows: <br /> a) Site plan, 85-018 revised 6/30/87; <br /> b) Floor plan and building elevations, 85-018 dated 6/30/87. <br /> c) Canopy elevations, drawn by S.M. dated 7/16/87 and revised for the <br /> ' Council's review at their meeting of July 27, 1987; <br /> and subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to issuing a building permit or general permits for the <br /> • improvement of the property based on the plans noted above, the <br /> following must be submitted to the City: <br /> a) Updated survey by licensed/registered surveyor locating new <br /> County right-of-way and proposed improvements; <br /> b) Legal description - of the right-of-way to be deeded by quit- <br /> claim deed as an easement - County may create legal description <br /> for said easement. <br /> c) Payment for SAC charges and sewer unit to be determined by <br /> the City upon final review of working plans. <br /> d ) Execution of a Developers Agreement to insure that <br /> landscaping is restored in al 1 disturbed areas, repaving of all <br /> disturbed areas, installation of curbs and gutters and drainage <br /> structure if required by the M.C.W.D. <br /> e) Letter of Credit in an amount equal to 150$ of the required <br /> improvements set forth in Item D above. <br /> 2. Working drawings to be submitted with building permit application <br /> must be signed by an architect and an engineer licensed within the <br /> State of Minnesota. <br /> • 3. The entire structure shall be serviced by a sprinkler system per <br /> Appendix E of the State Building Code and the drive on the north side <br /> of the building posted as a "Fire Lane" . <br /> , Page 3 of 5 <br />
