Reserve Achey assisted Officer English in <br /> surveillance at the residence in the City of Orono, and <br /> WHE�AS, Peter Achey in conducting this surveillance did <br /> observe the suspect vehicle drive up to the residence under <br /> surveillance, and <br /> WHE�tE3AS, Reserve Peter Achey maintained a calm demeanor <br /> in notifying police dispatch that the suspects hac3 returned to <br /> • the residence, and <br /> WHERI��S, Peter Achey assisted Orono and Wayzata officers <br /> in containing the suspects and assisting in further investigation <br /> into actions taken by those placed into custody, and <br /> WHEREAS, Peter Achey utilized all skills learned within <br /> the Reserve Unit to assist officers in apprehending the suspects <br /> in a professional and safe manner, and <br /> WHEREAS , Peter Achey further assisted with search <br /> warrants for stolen articles from the Orono High School. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Peter Achey be <br /> commended for his professional attitude, dedication and conduct <br /> which allowed the Orono Police Department to successfully pursue <br /> charges against individuals involved. <br /> eAdopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 27, 1987 . <br /> - - -- - -- ------- ------- <br /> Ja es . c, Mayor <br /> • ATTE T• <br /> C (/ (/ /. • <br /> or thy M Hallin, City Clerk � <br />
