Permit from City required. <br /> 2. A single access shall serve the proposed use, the Orono staff <br /> shall make the final determination regarding the location of the <br /> access. � <br /> 3. Signage to be limited to existing building signs - lighting <br /> shall be shielded from all lot lines - post fire lane with <br /> • signage on east side of building. <br /> 4. The change in use will not require additional SAC charges <br /> against the property.
