This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1141. � <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family Lakeshore <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on May 4, <br /> 1987, and recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the <br /> following findings: <br /> A) The proposed deck will be at ground level with no railing, ' <br /> and therefore wil 1 cause no encroachment on any views enjoyed by <br /> neighboring property owners. <br /> • B) Proposed hardcover in the 0-75' setback zone is 17.3$, an <br /> --- increase of 3.1$ from the existing 14.2�.
