The <br /> following items are missing and must be submitted for review: <br /> 1. Hardcover Calculations (form attached) <br /> 2. Energy Calculations (fc�rm attached) <br /> In addition to these submittals, we find that based on your survey and <br /> construction plans, the proposed addition is 9.55' feet from the side lot <br /> line where a 10 foot setbacic is required, and about 29.4 feet from the <br /> street lot line where a 30 foot setback is required. Your options are: <br /> a) redesign addition to meet the required setbacks; <br /> b) apply for variances to the setback requirements (if completed <br /> variance application reaches us by 8/22/86 this could be scheduled for <br /> Planning Commission Public Hearing on September 15 with final Council <br /> action on October 13); <br /> c) have your surveyor veri.fy that our calculations are incorrect and <br /> that your addition will indeed meet the 10' and 30' setbacks. <br /> I tried to contact you by phone on 8/19/86 but got no answer, hence, <br /> this letter.
