The <br /> following items are missing and must be submitted for review: <br /> 1. Hardcover Calculations (form attached) <br /> 2. Energy Calculations (fc�rm attached) <br /> In addition to these submittals, we find that based on your survey and <br /> construction plans, the proposed addition is 9.55' feet from the side lot <br /> line where a 10 foot setbacic is required, and about 29.4 feet from the <br /> street lot line where a 30 foot setback is required.
