Applicants are further advised that the Cin� shall not address future plans for the <br /> reconstruction of a residence on the property as Application No. 2074 will have no <br /> impact on a future residence structure being located on the property meeting all <br /> required setbacks as set forth in the current municipal code. <br /> 5.
