• <br />MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />HELD ON MAY 16, 1994 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />( #18) SET DATE AND TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON B -2 ZONING <br />AMENDMENT <br />After brief discussion, the Planning Commission established June 6, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. as <br />the date and time to hold the public hearing on the B -2 zoning amendment. <br />( #19) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF MAY 9, 1994 <br />There was no Planning Commission representative present at the May 9, 1994 City <br />Council meeting. <br />( #20) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />There were no other issues discussed. <br />( #21) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE APRIL 18, <br />1994 MEETING <br />• It was moved by Schroeder, seconded by Peterson, to approve the Minutes of the April <br />18, 1994 Planning Commission meeting as submitted. Ayes 6, nays 0. <br />• <br />( #22) PLANNING COMMISSION TO SELECT A REPRESENTATIVE TO ATTEND <br />THE JUNE 13, 1994 MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />Lindquist volunteered to attend the June 13, 1994 meeting of the City Council. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Schroeder moved, Peterson seconded, to adjourn the meeting.
