• MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />HELD JULY 18, 1994 <br />( #8) #1946 K -P PROPERTIES INC - CONT. <br />Park Commission Members all agreed with the proposed sketch plan. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />( #10) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Mabusth distributed a memo from Kevin Staunton dated July 17, 1994 regarding proposed <br />amendments to zoning code Section 10.41 B -2 Lakeshore Business District Standards - <br />enforceability questions. A future meeting will be scheduled to discuss the contents. <br />( #9) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDING <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS OF JUNE 27 AND JULY 11, 1994. <br />Rowlette attended the Council meeting of June 27th and reported that the Applebaum application <br />was passed without additional hardcover removals. She also noted Tandem properties was <br />approved. <br />iMabusth explained that the applications for Marfield and Doug Olson would be brought to the <br />next Council meeting. <br />• <br />Smith attended the Council meeting of July 11th and reported that the applications for <br />Lemmerman and Taylor were approved. <br />Mabusth advised Planning Commission Members of the violation by Vergeyles in tree removal <br />and excavation of the bluff. Vergeyles have been ordered to restore the area. <br />Smith reported from the Park Commission meeting of July 5, 1994 in which she thanked them <br />for the park tour, invited them to attend application reviews, and discussed the sacred ground <br />for the Dickey /Coffin property. <br />ADDITIONAL ITEMS <br />( #11) APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE JUNE 20, 1994 MEETING <br />It was moved by Schroeder, seconded by Lindquist to approve the June 20, 1994 Planning <br />Commission Minutes as submitted.
