Lot width is 40'wide,we have cut the unit width to 38'wide and we cut 2'out of the width in the Dining room. <br /> We also cut 4'off the front porch and can't cut anymore without jeopardizing the elevation look. <br /> 2. The building is pushed all the way to the back wet land set back. <br /> 3. Our existing nefghbor to the south on lot 2 looks like there overhangs are into the easement as welf. <br /> 4.
