Records of each inspection and <br /> maintenance activity shall include: <br /> i. Date and time of inspections; <br /> ii. Name ofperson conducting inspections; <br /> iii. Findings of inspections, including recommendations for corrective actions; <br /> iv. Corrective actions taken(including dates, times and party completing <br /> maintenance activities); and <br /> v.
