Sheet rock sagging in northwest room due to leaking <br /> roof. <br /> 3. Mildew on walls and ceilings in northwest corner room, <br /> second floor. <br /> 4 . Outlet covers missing or broken. <br /> 5. Water stains around ceiling light fixtures in northwest <br /> room, second floor. <br /> 6. Basement wall back plastered over dirt for foundation <br /> wall, northwest corner. <br /> 7 . Basement wall caving in at cellar door. <br /> 8 . Improper beam support over doorway in basement. <br /> 9. Electrical wiring to florescent lights - improper <br /> installation. <br /> 10. Rim joist insulation needed. <br /> 11. Improper stairway width to basement. <br /> 12.
