.� ,:.::� r�:_ <br /> (b) ProvidP proper beam support over doorway in the <br /> basement ; <br /> (c) Provide proper wiring to florescent lights in <br /> basement; <br /> (d) Remove the wood stove and secure a permit for the <br /> safe installation of same; <br /> (e) Remove existing roof covering and provide a new roof, <br /> and provide proper flashing in roof valleys ; <br /> (f) Remove sagging sheetrock in northwest corner room and <br /> replace; <br /> (g) Have master electrician check light fixtures and <br /> outlets to determine that no fire hazard exists ; <br /> (h) Remove sheetrock on walls in northwest portion of <br /> both stories of the house; and <br /> (i) All other conditions outlined in Resolution No . 2731, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated fully herein. <br /> The following is a list of existing conditions within the <br /> garage which must be repaired: <br /> (a) Remove and replace roof ; <br /> (b) Remove and replace rotted wall on south side of <br /> building; <br /> (c) Have master electrician remove and replace all <br /> electrical wiring; <br /> (d) Submit repair plans for damage caused by fire on <br /> August 7, 1989 ; and <br /> (e) All other conditions outlined in Resolution No . 2731, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated fully herein. <br /> 3 . Summary Enforcement and Time . A Motion for Summary <br /> Enforcement of this Order will be made to the Hennepin County <br /> District Court, unless corrective action is completed within thirty <br /> -3- <br />
