Basement wall backplastered over dirt for foundation <br /> wa3l, northwest corner. Three-quarters of northwest wal I is <br /> of 2 tier construction and is cracked and severely bowed. <br /> 2. Basement wall caving in at cellar door. <br /> 3 . Improper beam support over doorway in basement. <br /> 4.
