The Comp Plan Amendment was submitted to Metropolitan Council for review and <br />approval on March 31. <br /> <br />The Preliminary Plat Approval resolution has been revised as follows: <br />- The table on page 7 has been revised to indicate that side setbacks will be per the color- <br />coded Setback Exhibit provided by the applicant, and that plan will be attached as Exhibit <br />B-19 (on page 10 of 20). <br />- The list of plans on page 10 has also been revised to include as Exhibit B-20 the <br />conceptual street lighting plan submitted by the applicant and attached to this memo. <br />- Item 3 on page 12 of 20 confirms that the interior sidewalk system will be maintained by <br />the abutting residents, except the segment from the northeast cul-de-sac to the <br />intersection of Wayzata Blvd and OCB Road will be maintained by the City. <br />- Item 5 on page 12 confirms the ownership and maintenance of street lighting and <br />references the submitted conceptual street lighting plan. <br />- Item C(3) on page 14 has been revised to note that stormwater system maintenance will <br />be the City’s responsibility, and that developer is obligated in configuring the final plat to <br />provide access for future City maintenance of the system. <br />- The requirement for escrow for sewer and water system design has been deleted, as City <br />Engineer Adam Edwards has confirmed that no such escrow is required from this <br />developer.
