MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, March 14, 2016 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT (continued) <br />McMillan stated the City will need to provide more detail at the public hearing to the residents and that <br />they should be informed that a change may trigger a review of their insurance policy. <br />VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 2, Levang and McMillan opposed. <br />McMillan stated as it relates to the public hearing regarding fire service, she would like it entitled Special <br />Public Hearing Regarding Fire Service rather than You're Invited. McMillan stated after the first line, <br />she would request that the language read, "You are receiving this notice because your property is <br />presently located in the Wayzata Fire District." McMillan stated the residents need to be told why they <br />are being given a notification. <br />In addition, McMillan stated she would like a separate page to have more text about the response time, the <br />mileage, and the fire service district area. McMillan stated she hopes it can just be condensed down to <br />one sheet front and back rather than multiple sheets. McMillan stated she would just like it very clear <br />what the public hearing is all about. <br />*18. CLOSE FUND 318 — 2005 HRA PUBLIC PROJECT REVENUE BOND — RESOLUTION <br />NO. 6598 <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6598, a Resolution to Close the <br />2005 HRA Public Project Revenue Bond Fund.
