To do a <br /> more complete review we need the following added to the plan: <br /> 1. Existing contours should be labeled. <br /> 2. Proposed contours need to tie to existing contours. <br /> 3. The average lakeshore setback. The average lakeshore setback is a line <br /> between the point of the adjacent houses that is closest to the lake. A deck is <br /> ignored unless the top of the deck railing is more than six feet above grade. <br /> There is not a separate setback for houses and decks. <br /> 4. Contours 50 feet into the adjacent properties and spot elevations at the adjacent <br /> house corners. (Other information such as the hardcover calculations and floor <br /> elevations should not be placed over this information.) <br /> 5. Source of the topo. (We want to make sure it is based on a field survey rather <br /> than aerial topography.) <br /> Without this information Tom was unable to do a complete review. He did note that <br /> swales need to be provided along both the north and south property lines. <br /> Do not reduce the size of the plan.
