We have the following comments <br /> with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The drainage swale indicated on the plans should be verified to function and contain stormwater <br /> to the property. Minor grading changes may be necessary, <br /> • Engineered design and details must be submitted for review and approval for all retaining walls <br /> over 4' in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less than two times the wall height. <br /> • The proposed slopes exceed the maximum allowable slope of 3:1 to the north of the proposed <br /> house.
