Is a <br /> new cover going to be installed in its place? Is there any grading or land alteration proposed? <br /> Please clarify. <br /> c. Building Permit. The newly proposed retaining walls near the existing shed (Item B) are over four feet in <br /> height. Retaining walls greater than four feet in height require a building permit and engineered plans. <br /> Attached is a building permit application. Please return the building permit application with all the <br /> required submittals. <br /> 3. Variance. One of the proposed retaining walls near the existing shed (Item B) is shown less than five <br /> feet from the property line and should be revised to meet the required five foot setback. If you wish to <br /> apply for a side yard setback variance to permit the wall to be in the location shown, return the variance <br /> application along with all the required submittals. A copy of the variance application is attached. <br /> 4. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require <br /> / submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee <br /> �,� �imbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally <br /> �V"this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow agreement is enclosed. <br /> The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,500. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
