We have received the escrow money of$2,500 we just need the agreement signed and returned before we <br /> issue the building permit. <br /> Also, I need additional information in order to do the number of stories calculation. Please submit two copies of a cross <br /> section of the home along with showing us what the first floor elevation (FFE) is. <br /> I don't believe your project will trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; <br /> however please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will <br /> not issue a building permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed <br /> project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> PLEASE NOTE 2015 NEW PERMIT REQUIREMENT: Prior to the commencement of � exterior/landscaping <br /> improvements, i.e. patios,grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc., a Zoning Permit is required. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
