NE, Hanover, MN 55341
(612) 498-8779
  ._
February 11, 1999
Bill Fink
290 Big Island
Orono, Henn. Co.
This on-site Sewage Treatment System is Designed for a Type 1, three bedroom home in
accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Chapter 7080 and local ordinances.
Soils on this site are SCS soils mapped -- HBC Hayden Loam. The seasonally high water tablc
was present at 4.2'- 5.0'.
The soils at a depth of 14" have a percolation rate averaging 7.2 min/inch.
The system is designed as a gravelless trench system with drop boxes.
Existing tank must be abandoned.
A lift station will need to be installed in a third tank.
A lift pump must be installed in lowest level to lift effluent to proposed septic tanks.
All neighboring wells are located greater than 50' away and are greater than 50' deep.
Keep all hcavy equipment off of the proposed treatment areas before and after construction.
The treatment area should be marked off before construction. This Design is not valid & the
System will need to be relocated if failure to protect the areas proposed for On-Site Sewage
Trcatmcnt occurs.
With proper instatlation and maintenance, this system should have no problem in treating
septic effluent effectively.
Nothing other than gray water, (laundry, showers, etc.) human water & toilet tissue should be
disposed of into the septic tanks. Garbage disposals are not recommended. Additives must not
be used, they may cause harmful damage to your septic system. It is recommended that you
pump the tank every ycar for 1 tank every year for 1 tank every two years for two tanks.

, ,-
/ , (
G. -
Joseph J.
