No wells currently exist on the property but a privy does exist The <br /> owners carry water to the site from the main land. <br /> ' 3) Soil Conditions —The Hennipen County Soil Survey has mapped the soil within the area of the <br /> ' subject propeny to be a Hayden Series loam. An update of the soil survey, a work in progress, <br /> has renamed the Hayden Series to the Lester Series. The Lester Series soil is a very deep, well <br /> drained soil, with a depth to seasonal high water table greater than 6.0'. A description of the <br /> ' Lester Series is included in Soils Appendix. Our own soil borings performed on the lot, within <br /> the proposed drain field areas, found the soil to closely match the Lester Series. The physical <br /> ' properties section of the soil survey states the permeability of the soil ranges from 30-I 00 <br /> minutes per inch. Perc tests done on the lot in I 987 by a E. Mullenmeister, found the perc rate <br /> of the soil to range from $-33 minutes per inch. <br /> ' 4 Sizin of Treatment S stem —The sewa e treatment s stem is desi ned for a two-bedroom <br /> ) g Y S Y g <br /> ' home, with garbage disposal or whirlpool. The estimated daily flow for a two-bedroom home <br /> is 300 gallons. <br /> ' S) Description of the Treatment Process — <br /> ' � Primary Treatment- Sewage will be gravity discharged from the house to two septic tanks. <br /> Natural biological activities taking place inside of the septic tanks witl separate solids and <br /> suspected particles.
