Upon looking at <br /> the praperty,Mark noticed a 24"sugar maple with a hollow cavity. The tree is 80-90%rotten in <br /> the core with a fresh crack. It is a hazard tree and is over a walkway and could fall on the house. <br /> They also have a 14"diseased elm that is dead standing that is hanging over their dock.
