Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. We have reviewed the survey and have the following comments: <br /> �`a. The survey does not depict the sanitary service line location. Please add this to the survey and provide <br /> an updated copy. <br /> v6� Please show the location of the well. <br /> ✓c. The survey shows the AC units are setback greater than 5 feet from the structure they serve which is <br /> in conflict with City Code Section 78-1405 (copy attached). Please have the AC units relocated to a <br /> conforming location and show the new location on an updated survey. <br /> ,-d. The survey shows grading within the lakeshore setback. The lakeshore setback is considered 75 feet <br /> �1G�'� � from of the ordinary high water level. Please have the surveyor provide cut and fill calculations. Note <br /> .�p ' S0 cubic yards or more of disturbance within the lakeshore setback will require a Conditional Use <br /> '�'' � Permit. <br /> �,; <br /> e. The survey and landscape plan show proposed metal edging retaining soil around mature trees within <br /> the lakeshore setback. Please provide additional details on the metal edging(material type,screening, <br /> etc.). <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. A landscape plan was submitted. Please have the hardcover removals and additions shown <br /> on the landscape plan, shown on the survey. We expect the landscape plan to match what is shown on the <br /> su rvey. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed Distrid (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit <br /> or documentation stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br />
