Please have the property owners complete Item Number <br /> 8 on the second page of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Escrow and sign & <br /> return the agreement. <br /> The City holds a total of$10,000(paid by Welch Forsman Associates) in conjunction with <br /> the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. Once final grading and all <br /> exterior improvements have been completed, and vegetation established please submit <br /> an as-built survey.
