You can either print of the agreement or I will have a copy here for you to sign. We currently hold <br /> $2,500 in conjunction with the building permit application. Before we can issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy <br /> an additional $7,500 must be submitted. We will hold a total of$10,000 until all grading is finalized, the landscaping is <br /> complete, and all exposed areas have been seeded or sodded. <br /> I have been in contact with a couple different people discussing changing the approved landscaping of your <br /> property. Please make sure an updated landscape plan, survey and hardcover calculations are submitted for our <br /> approval prior to the commencement of any work. <br /> We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
