Those survey standards are <br /> attached. The survey attached dated October 31, 2003, with hand-drawn changes does <br /> not contain all of the information required to complete our review. The property is within <br /> the Shoreland and is subject to hardcover regulations. The hardcover calculations must <br /> be calculated by a Licensed Surveyor. <br /> In summary, a revised survey and hardcover calculation worksheets are required.
