Because we have very Zitt�.e information on the extent of your system, we can onXy surmise that, based on site inspections, you have two drainfieXd trenches approximateJ.y 100' in Zength and perhaps 2-3' wide. We have no soi1. testing on fiXe to verify the capabiXity of soil.s in which that system is J�.ocated, hence we cannot give a reasonab].e estimat�an of the actual. capabi7.ity of the system. In order to remove the vioxation, we would recommend that you hire a xicensed septic system contractor to remove the 10-20' section of drainfieJ.d trench which has no cover and which has a pipe extending to the surface, and back fiXx that trench with native cl.ay I.oam materia3.. Once this is done, your system wil.X have no surface outl.et. Because this surface outl.et may have acted as a rel.ief overfl.ow, there is a possib].ity that once this is done, the system wiXJ. not continue to function to treat and �.egal.xy dispose of aJ.:l the sewage wastes entering it.
