..___.M� _.. ..__..__._.__ .. <br /> � � City o� ORONO � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2159 <br /> � ° e � <br /> A RE30I,UTION APPROVING THE PLpiT OF <br /> WEST BRANCH ACRES <br /> FIL$ PiO. 1007 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision by Robert and Carol Trapp, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet aIl standards of <br /> the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence to be <br /> fully developed without the need of any variances except as noted in <br /> Resolution No. 1979, granting preliminary plat approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 1979. <br /> 2. Dedication on the pl�at of rights of way for public streets and <br /> roads, shown as "County Road No. ?.51" and "Highview Lane" . <br /> . , „� . <br /> 3. Execution of a Road and Utilities Easement over the north 495.00 <br /> feet of Lot 2 for public ingress, egress, access, road and utility <br /> purposes. <br /> � 4. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br /> providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways <br /> described thereiri and shown on the plat as "drainage easements". <br /> 5. Dedication of the required Drainage and Utility Easements along <br /> property bounaaries on the plat. <br />. � 6. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br /> � � $100.00. � <br /> � 7. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br /> easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOI.VED, that the City Counci 1 of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the plat of West Branch Acres, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
