RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2 ) mylar copies and <br /> one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a) Lot, lines platted per preliminary survey. <br /> , b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10 wide <br /> along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br /> internal property lines. <br /> � c) Designate a 50 feet wide extension of the road outlot <br /> (A) to the northern boundary line to serve as future access <br /> to the north. Depending on the designation of the extended <br /> outlot, that is, whether Outlot A, Peterman Addition can be <br /> extended or, if we are dealing with Outlot A, Peterman <br /> Second Addition, the City will require an underlying road <br /> • and utility easement over Outlot A, Peterman Second <br /> Addition. See staff sketches attached. <br /> 2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> � a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br /> mortgage holders or -others with property interest indicated <br /> the?-ein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br /> by;'such interest. <br /> b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br /> recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br /> d) Executed temporary construction easement by Mrs. Rosch <br /> and the applicants to be kept on file with the City - sample <br /> sent under separate cover prior to meeting. <br /> 3.
