Hai�d cover limitations. <br /> (a) No hard cover or impervious surface shall be place, located or constructed within 75 feet <br /> of the OHWL of any lake or tributary, eYcept for staiiwvays, lifts, landings and lockboxes as <br /> regulatecl elsewhere in this Code. <br /> (b) Between 75 feei and 250 feet of the OHWL, there shall be no gre�ter than 25 percent <br /> hard cover. Between 250 feet and 500 feet of the OHWL there shall be no greater than 30 <br /> percent hardcover. Between 500 feet aud 1,000 feet of the OHWL there shall Ue no greater <br /> than 35 percent hardcover. <br /> Sec. 78-1279. Pl�cement of structures on lots. <br /> (6) Average lakeshore setback.
