l <br /> , 's <br /> r� ,{'� � CitV�] o� ORONO <br /> • ,:��,g�.% �, r/ <br /> � �`�'.'. <br /> ° RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �'`� NO. 210 9 <br /> ���. � <br /> ��- <br /> Vo - • • <br /> �, <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING A <br /> METES AND BOUNDS SIIBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT LINE RF.ARRA�NGEMENT FOR <br /> WARD RRUEGER <br /> FILE NO. 1076 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; ancl <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br /> economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WH�3RSAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision by Ward Krueger (hereinafter "the subdivider") of <br /> properties Yegally described as follows: <br /> Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 1, HoI1y Acres 2nd Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> �, WHEREAS, the City CounciY has approved the following <br /> variances to performance standards of the Zoning Code: <br /> Tract 3, Parcels E and F: Variance to Section 10.28, Subdivision . <br /> 5 (B) to all.ow a lot width of 165' and frontage only to a private <br /> road where 200' of width and frontage on a pubYic road is <br /> requi�ed. � <br /> h' <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has compYeted alY requirements of <br /> the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br /> purposes. . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Bl: IT RESOLVED, that the City CounciY of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot <br /> line rearrangement for Ward Rrueger as shown on the Certificate of <br /> Survey by Gary L. Gabriel dated October lOth, 1986 and attached to <br /> this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the foYlowing conditions: <br /> 1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of <br /> Orono, the owner of Parcels A, B, C, D, E, and F as described in <br /> the Certificate of Survey referenced above must apply to the City <br /> for legal combination for tax purposes as fo1 lows: <br /> A) Parcel A must be combined with Parcel B. <br /> • B) Parcel C must be combined with Parcel D. <br /> C) Parcel E must be combined with Parcel F. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
