According to the signed resolution, before we can refund the escrow amount, we need a copy of <br /> the planting plan, including species, sizes and locations. Once we have a copy of the planting plan and the landscaping is finalized, an <br /> inspector will visit the site to verify the landscaping complies with the plan.
