If the wall exceeds 4' in <br /> height or if a tiered wall is not separated by 2x the higher wall,then they will need to be engineered by a <br /> registered professional engineer. <br /> 4. The grading plan shows significant grading/planting in this area which could disturb a significant amount of <br /> dirt. The applicant should provide dirt work calculations showing how much area is being disturbed and how <br /> much dirt work is being used. A CUP may be triggered. <br /> 5.
