Based upon the most recent survey you sent <br /> today, it appears the stairs from the boat house will be in the floodplain of Lake Minnetonka (931.5'). If this is the case, <br /> the project will require a floodplain alternation permit (see attached).An in kind replacement of the existing boat house <br /> does not require additional District permitting. However, if the location or dimensions of the boat house change (in <br /> comparison to the attached plans), please let us know as different District rules may apply. If the boat house dimensions <br /> have changed, please provide a survey showing what modifications to the existing project are proposed and where they <br /> will take place. Please show all erosion control measures that you are planning on installing as well.
