Due <br /> to the size of the project, it does not appear that construction of a <br /> house addition will involve the significant amount of excavation (5000 <br /> ft.2 or 50 ft.3) required for our Rul�a B: ervsion control permit_ MCWD <br /> appreciates your concsrn for water quality and would stress the <br /> importance of implementing the riecessary precautions when working <br /> around sensitive areas such as Lake Minnetonka. MCWD requests <br /> that silt fence and necessary ero�ion control measures be in place <br /> �nd functivnal throughout the duration of construction. <br /> MCWD would also request copies of the proposed construCtion plans <br /> from the city and the homeowner•and any changes to these plans <br /> should be submitted to MCWD far review and permit requirement <br /> consideration. <br /> rnTAi P �� <br />
