<br /> makes complaint to the above named Court and says that he believes this information and other pe�sons
<br /> from whom it is obtained to be reliable and that probable cause exists to support a warrant of arrest
<br /> fo, William T. Craig
<br /> 1410 Cherry Place, Mound, Minnesota 55364
<br /> for the following reasons:
<br /> Your complainant is the building inspector for the
<br /> City of Orono. Acting in that capacity, I have inspected the
<br /> property located at 1410 Cherry Place within the city limits
<br /> of the City of Orono on numerous occasion, including November
<br /> 18, 1980, November 28, 1980, and December 29 , 1980. During
<br /> all of those times I observed various debris and junk located
<br /> in the yard of the premises and left notices on the premises
<br /> ordering the site to be cleaned up. I again inspected the
<br /> property on January 5, 1981, at approximately 2 :00 p.m.
<br /> At that time I observed a variety of debris and junk lying on
<br /> the property visible to the public. This included old car
<br /> seats , construction equipment, ladders, tires, an unlicensed
<br /> and dilapidated truck, and a boat in very bad condition which
<br /> was used to store additional junk and debris . In addition,
<br /> a dilapidated garage building was located on the property
<br /> with the doors left wide open and full of debris. According
<br /> to tax records, the property at 1410 Cherry Place is owned by
<br /> the defendant, William T. Craig.
<br /> Offenses
<br /> Count I : Based upon the foregoing your complainant states that �
<br /> on or about January 5, 1981 , at approximately 2:00 p.m. , within
<br /> the corporate limits of the City of Orono, your defendant,
<br /> William T. Craig, then and there did willfully, wrongfully and
<br /> unlawfully violate Orono City Code, Section 37.120 , by maintaining
<br /> exterior storage in a residential zone.
<br /> Count II : Based upon the foregoing your complainant states that
<br /> on or about January 5, 1981, at approximately 2 : 00 p.m. , within
<br /> the corporate limits of the City of Orono, your defendant,
<br /> William T. Craig, then and there did willfully, wrongfully and
<br /> unlawfully violate Orono City Code, Section 82. 040 (c) by main-
<br /> taining a public nuisance endangering the peace and safety of
<br /> the public.
<br /> contrary to the (Statute-Ordinance) in such case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of
<br /> the State of ll9innesotu.
<br /> Wherefvre, complainant prays that said offender may be arrested and dealt with according to law.
