Thank you for the clarification. Based on our review, there are some additional corrections that need to <br /> be made. <br /> Hardcover Calculations. <br /> • The hardcover exceeds the allowed 25%. According City Code Section 78-1684 only the first 100 square feet of <br /> pervious paver patio/walkways or deck can be excluded from the hardcover calculations. <br /> • All retaining walls on the property must be included in the hardcover calculations. The retaining walls beyond <br /> 75' of the ordinary high water level (OHWL) setback are not listed on the hardcover calculation worksheet. The <br /> walls beyond the 75' setback should be listed and totaled but can be excluded or subtracted. See attached <br /> hardcover calculation worksheet example. <br /> Please modify the survey and hardcover calculations and submit for our review.
