� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> �' ��a.�- CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> '� :��`�; ti <br /> � G RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �9kESH04� NO. � a�_ <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A VARIANCE TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-330 <br /> FILE NO. 10-3463 <br /> WHEREAS, Kevin Ray Shultz and Mandy Rae Shultz, husband and wife <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 3980 Chen-y Avenue <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and le�ally described as follows: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A, (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Muivcipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 (B) to allow redevelopment on a lot <br /> 0.5 acre in area where 1.0 acre is normally required; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Orono, Minnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing on May 17, 2010 at which times all persons desirin; to be heard concerning this <br /> application were �iven the opportuiuty to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 10-3463. <br /> 2. The property is ]ocated in the LR-1B One Family Lakeshore Residentia] Zoning <br /> District which requires a miniinum lot area of 1.0 acre and a minimum lot width <br /> of 140'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> May 17, 2010 and recommended approval of variance based on the following <br /> findings: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
