As we <br /> started the review, we noted both properties addressed 1510 North Arm Drive, are two separate <br /> parcels with two property identification numbers .(,�ID), PIDs 08-117-23-33-0078/79. Before a new <br /> home can be built, the lots must be com�in�d ,fr�ta, ol�-Submit to me in writing the request to combine <br /> the lots and the City will start the proc t "��e the lots with Hennepin County. Once we receive <br /> documentation from Hennepin County t ��1'ots have been combined and have received a new PID the <br /> survey must be updated to reflect the c mbination. The City will not allow a home to be built across <br /> two PIDs. <br /> Also, according to Hennepin County the property owner is not who is shown on the building permit <br /> application.
