Since you are the owners and <br /> taxpayers of both properties, I will need vou to si�n in all four locations and return a copy of the si�ned form to me. <br /> The first step is getting this document signed,then I will forward this to the County. <br /> This process can take several weeks or a month to process. The County will send formal notice to the City when this process <br /> has been completed, once received the City will send out an Official Address Assignment Letter to you the homeowner.
