It seems we are still lacking the necessary engineering on a wall which was identified by Adam <br /> last June... <br /> Adam's review comments on the current as-built are below: <br /> I've reviewed the subject As built and offer the following comments. <br /> 1. The as built appears to be in general keeping with the approved plan. <br /> 2. The retaining wall design for the wall to the east of the driveway was not in the folder. The wall is over 4 feet <br /> tall an therefor requires a design signed by a licenses engineer. This requirement was noted on the site plan on <br /> June 15th, 2015. <br /> 3. A couple of the as built spot elevation appear to be in error as one is 100ft different from the surrounding <br /> elevation and the other is 20 ft different. <br /> 4. Once the survey is corrected and the wall design received and reviewed an inspector should conduct a site visit <br /> and confirm the following: <br /> a. The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. <br /> b.
