If necessary, we'll provide engineering for the retaining walls. We intend to try to keep them just under 4'. We'll provide engineering at the time of construction if needed. b. We will provide engineering for these walls. Is it needed construction? c. This will be removed. d. The neighboring property is under construction. Their walls are their business. This plan does not intend to change the plans that they have provided for retaining walls on their property, other than we intend to cooperate on the grading of a swale on along the property line to avoid 2 swales. e. The grade in this area naturally leans into the subject property. The base retaining wall will be shortened (if necessary) to insure that all water continues to travel south, on the subject property. The property to the north currently drains over the property line, into the subject property.... It's not really possible for the water to travel into the north property as the grade is proposed or as it exists. f. The home to the south was removed and replaced. The home under construction establishes the new most lakeward point for this property. See attached survey. This also depicts the retaining wall in question on item ��d�� 2. I had submitted these with the permit application, and they are again attached. 3
