To begin the CO process, City Code <br /> requires submittal and Citv EnQineer approval of an as-built survey prior to the issuance of a CO [City Code <br /> Section 86-68]. Copies of R110 and City Code sections are attached. <br /> As stated on your building permit #2012-00270, due to weather conditions, a temporary certificate of <br /> occupancy (TCO) may be issued with a $10,000 escrow to be held until the exterior grading and <br /> landscaping are finished. Please be advised, you have not received property authorization to occupy the <br /> home and are doing so in violation of Orono and State building codes. <br /> Attached is a temporary certificate of occupancy escrow agreement. Please read, sign and return the TCO <br /> escrow agreement, with a check for $10,000 before Noon on Friday, December 21, 2012. Please be <br /> advised, if you fail to comply with this notice, this matter will be sent to the City Attorney for review and may <br /> result in criminal prosecution. <br /> Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
