<br /> Our office previously sent you a letter dated August 7, 2013 regarding the code violations
<br /> � on the above referenced property and allowing you 14 days from that date to contact the
<br /> City and correct the violations.
<br /> It has been brought to our attention from Christine Mattson, Planning Assistant, that you
<br /> were informed of the outstanding violations on the property via e-mail on August 29,2013,
<br /> with a compliance date of September 12, 2013. And, although you indicated on September
<br /> 30`�'that you were "working on it," it appears little or no progress has been made. Your
<br /> properiy continues to be in violation of the International Residential Code and the Orono
<br /> City Codes and Zoning Ordinances.
<br /> You have until October 31, 2013 to correct the violations on the above-referenced
<br /> property. Your failure to comply by October 31,2013 will result in criminal
<br /> prosecution. Each violation is punishable by 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine for each
<br /> day the violation continues to exist.
<br /> If you choose to avoid prosecution by correcting the violations,you must first correct the
<br /> violations and then contact Christine Mattson,Planning Assistant, at(952)249-4620 to
<br /> schedule an inspection of the subject property. A follow-up inspection must be completed
<br /> to verify�unipliance and eliminate any�ype oi pi�osect�t;or�.
<br /> Please make further enforcement action unnecessary by complying with this letter
<br /> immediately.
