1. Trees and landscaping were installed along Minnie Avenue which may encroach into the City's right of <br /> way (ROW). The property line needs to be marked to verify if there is an encroachment. Any encroachment <br /> needs to be removed. <br /> 2. A swale was supposed to be constructed through the south side of the property, but it was not installed. The <br /> grading should be evaluated by the surveyor to assure water is not being directed to the structure to the south. <br /> Additional contours should be shown and the location of the building to the south to determine if water is being <br /> directed to an adjacent structure. <br /> 3.
