Please submit <br /> all the necessary items so we can continue to review and process the demolition permit application. <br /> When you contact the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) regarding the demolition permit,you should also <br /> mention the new construction proposed. Since the MCWD is a separate governmental entity, I'm not completely familiar <br /> with all of their rules, but I do know without a copy of the permit or permits from the MCWD we cannot issue our <br /> permits. <br /> A zoning disclosure form is not required since the Englund's went through the variance process. <br /> Attached is an escrow agreement for both the demolition and the building permits. Mr. Englund will need to sign the <br /> demolition permit application and the escrow agreement. I also see he has not signed the building permit application, <br /> which he should come in and sign at this convenience. <br /> Finally, the survey's submitted with the building permit application were not full-size or signed and the hardcover <br /> calculations were prepared by you, not the surveyor. I have emailed Mark Gronberg asking for full-size, signed copies of <br /> the survey and hardcover calculations prepared by him.
