We are willing to sign on off on the easement as long as the following is <br /> added. <br /> 1. Standas and Seidels to agree on construction materials and design of retaining wall. <br /> 2. Seidel and Standas agree to execute modification of easement reflecting new dimensions and design. <br /> 3. Standas agree to install on 5/24/2013 a silt fence to hold the excavated area in place. <br /> My wife will be by in the morning around 8:00 am so if these changes could be added right away.
